We have multiple ways to preorder our pastries and bread, so you can assure you get exactly what you need, no matter how busy we are!

SAME-DAY SET ASIDES
(MONDAY-FRIDAY)

To have bread + pastries set aside for same-day pickup on WEEKDAYS ONLY (Monday-Friday) call our shop at:

We will need your name, a call-back phone number, and the estimated time you’ll be here to pick your order up.

PLEASE NOTE: All same-day-set-asides must be paid for at the register. We cannot take payment over the phone. If you’re looking to skip the line, check out our 48-hour advance preorder option.

We CANNOT take same day orders over the phone on Saturdays and Sundays.

We do NOT take same-day orders over the phone for beverages or kitchen items.

48-HOUR ADVANCE PREORDERS

Order online 2 days in advance, by 2pm!

Want to skip the line AND make sure you get all of the items you need? We highly recommend ordering 2 days ahead of time through our online store (by 2pm).

You can preorder for ANY day of the week (excludes holidays - see next section).

Once your order is placed it is in our system, and will be ready to pickup at the time and date you selected - you will NOT receive an "order ready" email on the day of pickup, but your order will still be ready.

When you arrive, skip the line & give a staff member the name on your order and we’ll pass it off to you.

PLACE A PREORDER

For large pastry/bread orders, we recommend preordering through our online store 48-hours in advance regardless of the day of the week so we can be sure we have enough items baked to fulfill your needs. If you need a quantity or item not listed on our store, you can email us at info@dozen-nashville.com to ask for a custom quote.

For holidays, we offer preordering through a separate online store. All of these preorders MUST be made by the cutoff time listed, and are all pre-paid. You can pick a time and date for pickup, and skip the line when you arrive - just let a team member know the name and # on your order.

For larger holidays, we will have a separate, designated, pick-up station set up to pass off your orders.

ORDERING FAQS

  • Do you accept pre-orders? How do I place an order?

    We accept preorders for bread and pastries only with 48 hours notice (BY 2PM) through our online store.

    Can’t wait 48hrs? Here’s how to order bread + pastries for same-day pickup: Call our shop (Monday - Friday) at (615) 712-8150 to have pastries and bread set aside from our shop stock! (We ask that you wait in line + pay at the register for same-day set-asides)

    We do not set aside items on our busiest days (Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays).

    Store hours:
    Monday - Friday 7AM-4PM
    Saturday - Sunday 7AM-3PM

  • Do you accept same day orders?

    We can accommodate same-day holds on any available items Monday-Friday via phone. For Saturdays and Sundays (and most holidays) we operate on a first come, first served basis in order to make it fair for customers waiting in line.

    *Please note: We do not accept call ahead orders for Beverages or Savory menu items. We like to keep our food quality as high as possible, and we have found that pre-making Savory food causes a decrease in its quality. Our Savory team moves quickly, and strives to have your food to you 10 minutes from when you place your order at the register. (Kitchen wait times may be longer than usual on weekends + holidays.)

  • Can I place an order for the next day?

    Since we bake everything from scratch daily, we do not accept next-day orders. We need a minimum of 48 hours notice so we can prep the extra ingredients needed to fulfill a preorder. You can try to place a same-day order by calling our shop (Monday - Friday) at (615) 712-8150 to have pastries and bread set aside from our shop stock!

    We do not set aside items on our busiest days (Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays).

  • How far in advance do I need to place an order?

    We need a minimum of 48 hours for preorders but the more notice, the better - especially for large orders. Good things take time! We appreciate your patience and understanding!

    NOTE: Online orders must be placed by 2pm! Orders placed after 2pm will automatically get pushed back an additional day.

  • How do I pay for my preorder?

    If your order is a same-day-set-aside, you will wait in line and pay for your order at the register.

    If you’ve preordered 48 hours in advance, you can check out through our online store using a credit card or plastic/electronic gift card. We don’t accept payment info over the phone or email.

    NOTE: hand written paper gift certificates will not work with our online store. Paper certificates must be redeemed in-store, in-person, at the register.

  • Do you offer delivery or work with any food delivery services?

    We do not work with any food delivery services. Delivery may be available depending on order size, schedule, and driver availability for an additional delivery fee.

  • Do you accept orders for items not on your current menu?

    At this time, we’re unable to take special orders for items not listed on our current bread and pastry menus. We do have on-menu specialty items that are not in the shop every day, and those are always available for preorder while listed on our online menu.

  • Preorder Change / Cancellation Policy

    We ask for 48 hours notice to change or cancel preorders. We understand that life happens, so please email info@dozen-nashville.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your preorder.

  • Refunds + Order Issues

    Missing something? Was the quality not up to standard? Please email us at info@dozen-nashville.com, and we’ll do everything we can to remedy the issue. Photos of quality concerns are always helpful and appreciated!

    We are not able to offer refunds for orders that are not picked up. We’ll do everything we can to reach you before we close for the day and will usually hold orders for 1 additional day if they are not picked up on their scheduled date.

  • Do you cater?

    While we are not a catering company, we can accommodate orders for larger groups. Please email info@dozen-nashville.com with your requests.

  • Return Policy

    Bread + Pastries - Due to food safety laws, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items once they’ve left the counter.
    Merchandise - We accept the return/exchange of unworn and unwashed merchandise with receipt up to 14 days after the purchase.
