COOKING + CARE

INSTRUCTIONS

Here are our suggestions for how to reheat and store your Thanksgiving goodies, as well as some suggested pairings for our seasonal breads!

PIES

Pumpkin, Buttermilk Pear, Lemon Lavender, Chocolate Cream:

should be kept refrigerated and they are best enjoyed within three days.

Apple, Butterscotch Pecan:

should be kept refrigerated (but can be left out if necessary - we know refrigerator space is tight during holidays!) and enjoyed within three days.

PASTRIES

Galettes:

Apple, Butternut Squash: should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed within three days.

Pumpkin Bread + Coffee Cake:

Can be left at room temperature and enjoyed within three days. Keeps best when left whole.

All other pastries:

Should be left at room temperature and enjoyed within 3 days. To warm, a conventional oven or toaster oven works best to preserve quality.

Keep bread at room temperature and sealed tight to preserve freshness. You can freeze the bread in order to keep it longer, but make sure it is sealed before freezing. If bread stales, moisten the crust lightly with water and bake for several minutes to crisp the crust.
