SEASONAL OFFERINGS FROM OUR PARTNERS

SNOWMAN STOUT / JACKALOPE

A delicious mocha stout brewed with locally-roasted Olive & Sinclair cacao and Frothy Monkey coffee, the aroma alone is enough to make us wish we could jump in the kettle on brew days. With grains including roasted barley, chocolate malt, and black malt, it will warm you up from the inside out.

POLARIS / CREMA

Back again in all its wintery glory, Crema’s limited seasonal blend is perfect for bringing some brightness into the chilly, shorter days. Polaris — also known as the north star — is the northernmost star in the sky and often used for navigation because it hangs seemingly motionless as the Earth revolves around it.

This year’s iteration brings us something a little different, blending three beautiful coffees — Los Primos from Honduras and two from Ethiopia (natural Basha Bekele and washed Abdo Aba Mecha) — together to be your ‘guiding light’ through the dark winter months. It’s rich, jammy, chocolatey, and comforting — a welcome treat for those chilly mornings.

They have a limited amount of this sensational seasonal coffee, so make sure you make it the star of your coffee life through its short season! We also have bags in stock most days at the bakery for purchase.

FRANKIES PIZZERIA + BOTTEGA

  • Frankies Organic EVOO: Fruity, nutty, deep, and bright, Frankies+ Organic Extra Virgin is a fully organic olive oil made with Nocellara del Belice olives grown and harvested in Selinunte, Sicily. We like to keep this one on the dining-room table. You should drizzle it on meat and vegetables and use it in soups and salads.

  • Frankies Calabrian Chili Oil: An incredibly smooth and elegantly spicy blend of Peperoncini Lunghi, Diavolicchio Calabrese, Peperoncini Tondi dell Etna, and Frankies Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Use it in marinades and dressings, on pasta, roasted meats, and vegetables—or drizzle it on pizza, which is what we like to do at our East Nashville Pizzeria.

  • Frankies Cavatelli: Prized throughout Southern Italy for their soft, snappy bite, cavatelli are the ideal vehicle for meatballs and marinara and the magical combination of sautéed broccoli and garlic. Stop into The Bottega at Frankies for both fresh and dried pasta options.

FRANKIES 925 SPUNTINO

Frankies 925 Spuntino brings Tennessee the comforting, effortlessly elegant Italian-American fare that has made the original Frankies 457 Spuntino in Brooklyn one of the country’s most essential restaurants since its founding in 2004. True to the Frankies philosophy, the Nashville outpost strives to deliver the highest quality at a friendly price, in a warm, decidedly unstuffy atmosphere that feels like a second home, even to first-time visitors.
